One pop star comes to the rescue of another! On Mar. 8 the One Direction singer rushed to Justin’s defense, sending out a couple of heartfelt tweets. This is the sort of celeb-on-celeb support we love to see! 

One Direction has their fair share of haters, so when band member Louis Tomlinson took to Twitter to defend Justin Bieber, you gotta think he knows what he’s talking about.

There was no heartthrob competition flaring up — instead Louis was on Justin’s side, sticking up for him and his recent troubles.

“Although I don’t know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @justinbieber,” the One Direction star first tweeted. Minutes later he was back at it: “I really do empathize with him, I don’t see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know.”

It’s not like Louis is old and gray himself — he’s just 21 years old — so he knows what he’s saying.

Though Justin hasn’t responded to Louis’ tweets, you know he read them and must be feeling uplifted since. After all the craziness Justin has been getting himself into, it must be nice to know that a fellow pop singer is in his corner.

Justin Bieber’s Wild Week In London

Justin has had quite the week and a half in London. On Mar. 1, his birthday party was cut short when a mob of fans and press got out of hand — one fan was actually trampled.

Three days later fans were viciously booing him for starting his concert about 40 minutes late. The in-concert drama continued when he collapsed on stage on Mar. 7. Justin was able to finish the show, but was rushed to the hospital immediately afterwards.

The next day, Mar. 8, when he was leaving the hospital, Justin got into an altercation with a member of the paparazzi. Being restrained by a bodyguard, Justin yelled at the photographer, “I’ll f**king beat the f**k out of you!”

Wow, can you believe that all happened in the span of a week!? Justin certainly needs some support — so it’s amazing that a star as big as Louis Tomlinson can be there to give it to him.
